Official Participation Guidelines for the Creative World Cup

The Creative World Cup is a global creative competition bringing together filmmakers, artists, musicians, storytellers, and performers from around the world to compete for the global creative crown. Creators from every country are invited to submit their work and represent their culture, ideas, and artistic voice on a worldwide stage.

1. Eligibility

The Creative World Cup is open to creators from all countries who meet the following requirements.

  • Participants must:
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Submit original creative work
  • Have the rights or permission for all content included in their submission
  • Follow the official submission process and social media requirements

Creators may submit individually or as a collaborative team. If the submission includes collaborators, the person submitting must have permission from all contributors.

2. Creative Categories

Filmmakers

Directors, cinematographers, editors, and visual storytellers.

Visual Artists & Designers

Painters, illustrators, digital artists, model, designer, and mixed-media creators.

Musicians

Producers, composers, instrumentalists, and vocal artists.

Poets & Writers

Spoken word artists, poets, storytellers, and writers.

Podcatwers & Streamers

Digital hosts, commentators, interviewers, gamer, and audio storytellers.

Actors & Hosts

Performers, stage artists, monologue performers, and on-camera hosts.

Participants may compete in one of the following leagues.

3. How To Enter

Step 1 – Register

Step 2 – Follow Official Accounts

To participate in the Creative World Cup, creators must complete the following steps. Participants must follow the official Creative World Cup accounts on Instagram.

Step 3 – Follow Official Accounts

Participants must post their work publicly on Instagram.

The post must include the hashtags:

#CreativeWorldCup
#CreativezWorldMedia

Participants must also tag:

@creativeworldcup
@creativezworldmedia

Posts must remain public during the judging process.

Entries that do not include the required hashtags or tags may not be eligible.

4. What We Look For In Submissions

The Creative World Cup celebrates originality, storytelling, and creative expression across all artistic disciplines. Creators are encouraged to submit work that represents their voice, culture, perspective, and creative vision.

Submissions should demonstrate the following qualities.

Originality

Work that feels unique and authentic to the creator. Strong submissions bring new ideas, perspectives, or artistic styles.

Creativity

Creators are encouraged to experiment and push creative boundaries. Bold ideas and imaginative execution are highly valued.

Technical Execution

High production quality is appreciated but not required. What matters most is thoughtful execution within the creator’s medium.

Storytelling & Expression

Strong submissions communicate a clear idea, message, or emotion through the chosen art form.

Cultural Perspective

The Creative World Cup celebrates creators from around the world. Submissions reflecting culture, identity, or global perspective are encouraged.

Audience Impact

Work that resonates with audiences and sparks engagement may stand out during the judging process.

5. Submission Requirements

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • Work must be original
  • Creators must have the legal rights to the content submitted
  • Submissions must follow the format guidelines of their category
  • Entries must include the official hashtags and tags
  • Participants may submit multiple entries, but each submission must be posted separately.

Content that includes:

  • hate speech
  • illegal activity
  • harassment
  • explicit harmful content
  • may be disqualified.

Creative World Cup reserves the right to remove or disqualify any submission that violates these standards.

6. Judging Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated by a combination of creator mentors, judges, and audience engagement.

Entries may be evaluated based on:

  • Originality
  • Creativity
  • Technical execution
  • Storytelling or artistic expression
  • Cultural or emotional impact
  • Audience engagement

Judging decisions are final.

7. Creative World Cup — Fairness & Integrity Policy

Creative World Cup is built on one core principle:
Talent determines outcomes. Not money. Not influence. Not status.

Participation in Creative World Cup is 100% free, ensuring equal access for creators worldwide.

To support platform growth and creator visibility, optional upgrades are offered. These upgrades do not influence judging, rankings, or results in any way.

⚖️ Separation of Visibility & Merit

Creative World Cup operates under two distinct systems:

🎯 1. Merit-Based Judging (Untouchable)
  • All submissions are evaluated based on creativity, originality, and execution
  • Judges do not consider payment status
  • Winners are selected purely on talent
🚀 2. Visibility Enhancements (Optional)

Creators may choose to increase exposure through optional upgrades, including:

  • Priority Placement
  • Featured Creator Slots
  • Profile Boosts
  • Official Contestant Badges

These enhancements:

  • Increase visibility on the platform
  • Do not affect scoring or competition outcomes
🔒 Judging Integrity

To ensure fairness:

  • Judges operate independently
  • Submissions may be reviewed anonymously when applicable
  • No paid feature grants advantage in scoring

Every creator — regardless of location, background, or financial ability — has an equal opportunity to:

  • Enter the competition
  • Be evaluated fairly
  • Win based on talent
⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy

Any attempt to manipulate results, influence judges, or misrepresent entries will result in immediate disqualification.

It is a stage where the world’s creativity competes on merit.

8. Global Qualifiers

During the qualification phase, creators from around the world submit their work digitally. From these submissions:

  • Top entries will be selected as Global Qualifiers
  • Finalists will be selected in each category

Selected finalists may be invited to participate in the Creative World Cup Finals in Jersey City, New Jersey.

9. International Creators & Travel

Creators from outside the United States are welcome to participate. If selected as finalists, international participants may travel to the United States to compete or participate in Creative World Cup programming. Travel participants are responsible for:

  • passport requirements
  • visa requirements
  • travel arrangements
  • accommodation unless otherwise sponsored

Creative World Cup may provide official invitation documentation when required.

10. U.S. Visa Information

International participants traveling to the United States must follow all United States immigration regulations. Participants may need to apply for a visitor visa through a U.S. embassy or consulate in their country. This process may include:

  • completing a visa application
  • scheduling an in-person interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate
  • providing required documentation

Visa approvals are determined solely by the United States government. Creative World Cup cannot guarantee visa approvals. Participants are encouraged to begin the visa process well in advance of the event.

11. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their work. By submitting to the Creative World Cup, participants grant permission for the Creative World Cup organization to:

  • feature submissions on official platforms
  • repost or share submissions on social media
  • promote the competition using submitted content
  • broadcast or showcase finalist work during events

Creators will always be credited when their work is featured.

12. Media Consent

Participants understand that Creative World Cup events may include:

  • photography
  • video recording
  • live broadcasting

By participating, creators agree that their likeness and submitted work may be used for event coverage, documentation, and promotion.

13. Code of Conduct

The Creative World Cup is committed to creating a respectful global creative environment. Participants must maintain professional conduct and respect other creators, organizers, and partners. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior may result in immediate disqualification.

14. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Creative World Cup organization and not to Instagram.

15. Competition Changes

Creative World Cup reserves the right to modify competition elements including:

  • timelines
  • judging format
  • event structure

when necessary for operational or logistical reasons.
